Successfully used since 2010 at over 1,600 afterschool and summer learning program sites nationwide
All measures are research-based and have well-established reliability and validity
Programs can elect to collect reports from classroom teachers, program staff, and students
Student reports on their own program experiences correlate highly with observed program quality and are linked to positive outcomes
Surveys include measures of program quality, and students' skill development and positive behaviors. Measures of students' STEM-related and literacy-related beliefs and attitudes also are available for sites with these goals.
Programs receive individualized reports of site-level and program-level quality and student outcomes as well as statewide benchmarks for comparison.
Surveys take less than 10 minutes for staff/teachers and less than 15 minutes for students and are appropriate for all students grade 3-12
Great for internal program improvement as well as reporting to funders and stakeholders
